Admission Policy
****The 2010-2011 Admissions Packet Is Now Available**** All student applicants upon satisfactory test performance and/or verification of above average effort and behavior grades from the previous school will be considered for admission. Priority for admission is given to students whose families are registered in and are active participants of Saint Finbar Parish and who attend Mass on a weekly basis. All families are interviewed by the Principal prior to admission. St. Finbar School admits students of any race, color, creed or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. GUIDELINES FOR ENROLLMENT 1. Please retain the TAN forms for your records. Please complete and return the following WHITE forms: Saint Finbar School Registration Form Application and Agreement for Admission to Saint Finbar Parish School $50 .00 Nonrefundable Application Fee and Latest Report Card if applying for Grades One through Eight 2. After the application is received, testing will be scheduled by appointment for Early Fives and Kindergarten. In some cases testing may be required for Grades One through Eight; you will be informed by the Principal. 3. Once your child is accepted please submit the following: * Copy of Birth Certificate * Copy of Baptismal Certificate * Report of Health Examination for School Entry (signed by health examiner) ** * Parents Medical Evaluation ** ** These forms will be provided to you with acceptance packet. 4. The $400.00 nonrefundable registration, book, technology, and art fee must be received within one week of acceptance notification or space will not be saved. For Eighth Grade students the registration fee is $470 which includes the Graduation Fee. 5. Tuition must be paid either in full prior to the beginning of school or through FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT. Families requesting the Stewardship Tuition Rate must use eContribution for their donations to the church. Information will be sent in the Acceptance Packet.
